Ein neues Kanülensystem zur vollständigen und sicheren Hydrodissektion/Hydrodelineation/ Kernmobilisation/Kernluxation aus dem Kapselsack (Hydrocomfort-Cannula)

Zusammenfassung

Problemstellung: Die vollständige Mobilisation des Linsenkerns soll durch ein neues Instrumentarium (Kanülensystem) sicher und bequem gestaltet werden.

Methodik: Für die Hydrodissektion/Hydrodelineation/Linsenkernsubluxation wurde die Hydrocomfort-Cannula entwickelt. Mit dieser Kanüle ist die ganze Zirkumferenz zugänglich. Sie ist nach rechts bzw. links abgewinkelt und erzeugt einen starken, flachen, lamellierenden Flüssigkeitsstrahl. Für die vollständige Kernluxation aus dem Kapselsack wurde die Retronuc-Cannula entwickelt, mit der gefahrlos unter den Kern eingegangen werden kann.

Ergebnisse: In allen 500 Operationen konnte die vollständige Mobilisation sicher und bequem erreicht werden.

Schlußfolgerung: Das Kanülensystem (Hydrocomfort-Cannula/Retronuc-Cannula) schafft ausgezeichnete Voraussetzungen für alle gängigen Operationstechniken (Phakoemulsifikation im oder außerhalb des Kapselsackes, manuelle Phakofragmentationstechniken, Mininuctechnik).

Summary

Purpose: To develop a new pair of cannulas in order to simplify hydrodissection, hydrodelineation, and luxation of the nucleus from the capsular bag.

Setting: Department of Ophthalmology, Klinik am Rosenberg, Heiden, Switzerland.

Methods: A new type of cannula (Hydrocomfort-Cannula) has been developed. One cannula is angled to the right, one to the left. The surgeon has access to the whole circumference after CCC.

Results: In all 450 operations, hydrodissection, hydrodelineation, and luxation of the nucleus have been achieved without danger for the capsule or the capsular rim.

Conclusion: The Hydrocomfort-Cannula allows the surgeon to achieve complete mobilisation of the nucleus. It is a great improvement for both phacoemulsification and and all kinds of manual and manual small incision techniques.
