Zusammenfassung
Bei intestinalen Erkrankungen können vermehrt Plasmaproteine über den Magen-Darm-Trakt ausgeschieden werden. Wird ein exzessiver Proteinverlust nicht durch einen verminderten endogenen Katabolismus und eine gesteigerte Syntheserate kompensiert, kommt es zur Hypoproteinämie, die häufig mit Ödemen einhergeht.
