Zusammenfassung
Die Sattelprothese dient der endoprothetischen Versorgung des durch knochen-und alloarthroplastische Maßnahmen nicht rekonstruierbaren Azetabulums bei septischen und aseptischen alloarthroplastischen Revisionsoperationen und des resezierten Azetabulums bei Hüftgelenktumoren (Abb. 1 und 2).
