Zusammenfassung

Die Vielfalt der Operationsmethoden zur Behandlung der symptomatischen atlanto-axialen Instabilität beweist die besondere Problematik [1, 4–6, 8, 10–14, 18, 24–26]. Risse der Drahtcerclagen, Duraläsionen, Frakturen von Bögen, Knochenspänen und der Implantate sowie Spätinstabilitäten wurden beschrieben [7, 25].
