Standardized Echography and its Techniques
Since the introduction of diagnostic ophthalmic ultrasound in the 1950s, echography has advanced greatly. Today due to experimental and clinical research and the development of technology and examination techniques, there are basically three main echographic methods in use, namely biometric nondiagnostic echography, B- scan echography, and Standardized Echography.
