Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit diffuser coronarer Herzkrankheit ergibt sich nicht selten die intraoperative Notwendigkeit zur Durchführung einer Endarteriektomie (EA), um eine Bypassanlage zu ermöglichen und gleichzeitig eine komplette Revascularisation zu gewährleisten. Besonders häufig ist das System der rechten Kranzarterie von derart langstreckigen und diffusen Veränderungen betroffen.
