Zusammenfassung

Tumorpatienten scheiden im Vergleich zu Gesunden erhöhte Konzentrationen an modifizierten Nucleosiden im Urin aus (1, 2). Dabei korreliert die Höhe der Nucleosidausscheidung mit dem Tumorstadium. Bei verschiedenen Tumoren hat sich die Bestimmung dieser Marker bereits als diagnostischer und prognostischer Parameter erwiesen.
