Abstract
The theory of a proposed experiment in which an autoionizing state is coupled by external e.m. fields to two atomic bound states is considered. The crucial process of interest is setting up of permanent oscillations by varying the external parameters such as the two detunings. Some experimental aspects are also discussed.
