Zusammenfassung

Gutartige zystische und solide Veränderungen der Leber umfassen ein weites Spektrum unterschiedlichster pathologischer Befunde. Trotz ihres vielgefächerten Ursachenspektrums zeichnen sie sich klinisch durch ein recht unspezifisches, uniformes Erscheinungsbild aus, mit dem häufigen Oberbauchschmerz, der tastbaren Resistenz, den Verdauungsstörungen und dem möglichen Ikterus. Sie weisen somit in ihrer klinischen Symptomatik keine nennenswerten Unterschiede zu den malignen Tumoren auf.
