Zusammenfassung

Eine Kompression des N. suprascapularis gehört zu den seltenen Diagnosen: In der Literatur sind nur etwa 100 Fälle beschrieben worden. Dennoch sollte dieses Kompressionssyndrom in der Differentialdiagnose des Schulterschmerzes, zumal bei gleichzeitig bestehenden Atrophien und Paresen der Mm. supra- und infraspinati immer mit in Erwägung gezogen werden.
