Zusammenfassung

Von über 50 000 Pilzarten haben nur eine begrenzte Anzahl medizinische Bedeutung erlangt. Eine klinisch orientierte Einteilung (Tabelle 1) unterscheidet primär pathogene Pilzarten von den opportunistischen, fakultativ pathogenen Pilzen [2].
