Zusammenfassung

Das „acquired immunodeficiency Syndrome“ (AIDS) ist vornehmlich auf bestimmte Risikogruppen beschränkt [24]. Für Patienten mit Hämophilie A und Faktorsubstitution wird eine Erkrankungsinzidenz von 0,8% angegeben [5]. Bei einem Großteil der Hämophiliepatienten lassen sich Antikörper gegen das HTLV III-Virus nachweisen. Wie für das AIDS-Vollbild sind bei der Hämophilie neben Defekten der zellulären Immunantwort auch Störungen der B-Lymphozytenfunktion festgestellt worden [1, 23].
