Three-Dimensional Structure of the Acetylcholine Receptor

  • Conference paper
Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor

Part of the book series: NATO ASI Series ((ASIH,volume 3))

Abstract

The resolution at which the structure of biological molecules is determined by electron microscopy is. typically, ~ 25 Å. Dehydration of the specimen in the microscope vacuum and radiation damage are the major limiting factors.
