Metallic Ions and Clusters: Formation, Energetics, and Reaction

Abstract

Several aspects of the properties of metal clusters and metals in cluster ions are discussed. In particular, results from our laboratory on the photoionization and reactions of sodium clusters, and the thermochemistry and formation of clusters containing metallic ions are presented.
