Genodermatoses with Marked Photosensitivity

Abstract

Genodermatoses with a marked sun sensitivity are very rare diseases in which the photosensitivity is an early and constant symptom. The photosensitivity can be expressed by sun-induced rashes of the exposed skin areas within hours and days or by light-induced tumor formation within years or by both symptom complexes together.
