Langzeitwirkung von Prazosin bei chronischer Herzinsuffizienz in einer doppelblind randomisierten Untersuchung über ein Jahr

Zusammenfassung

Bei akuter Verabreichung von Prazosin kommt es bei herzinsuffizienten Patienten durch Senkung der Vor- und Nachlast zu einem signifkanten Anstieg des Herzminuten- und Schlagvolumens in Ruhe und insbesondere unter Belastung [6, 9, 10, 12, 24, 31, 39, 44, 53]. Nach oraler Einnahme ist das Wirkungsmaximum nach 1h erreicht, und der Effekt hält über 6h an [6, 32, 44].
