Zusammenfassung

Die selbstverursachte Unterernährung bei AN geht i. allg. mit ähnlichen physiologischen und leistungsmäßigen Charakteristika einher, wie sie bei durch Außenfaktoren bedingten Ernährungsmangelzustanden gefunden werden. Dabei sind Patienten mit AN häufig körperlich überaktiv. Ein eingeschränktes Ausmaß an korperlicher Aktivität ist nur in fortgeschrittenen Stadien zu beobachten, wenn es zu einer Eisenmangelanämie kommt.
