Abstract
As a supplement of those established virulence factors, whose expressions and target host-defense mechanisms for the conquest have been confirmed experimentally, some other mechanisms relating to the virulence expression of Y.pestis are delineated in this chapter, comprising all possible mechanisms that are accessory for perfection of that dreadful virulence. In detail, the first two sections deal with toxic substances that injure host-animal organisms pharmacologically, the latter two sections, the metabolisms of individual components, nutritionally required for the bacterial in vivo growths.
