General Explanations on the Presentation of a Criminological Assessment

In everyday legal practice, the investigations and the assessment are usually not recorded differentiatedly. However, recording the investigations and the assessment remains necessary until sound experience in using the instruments of Applied Criminology has been acquired. Moreover, in practice, the investigations or the criminological assessment are recorded in writing whenever, as is common, the findings are passed on to others.
