Zusammenfassung

Dosis-Wirkungskurven kompetitiver Muskelrelaxanzien dienen zur Ermittlung der Wirkungsstärke dieser Substanzen. Da die korrekte Interpretation der Ergebnisse solcher Untersuchungen Kenntnisse über die angewendete Methode voraussetzt, sollen hier einige methodische Probleme von Dosis-Wirkungskurven diskutiert werden.
