Abstract

Nonoperative treatment of hypernephroma comprises irradiation and transfemoral catheter embolization of advanced, inoperable, and symptomatic primary tumors; as well as chemotherapy for metastases, using cytostatic substances, hormones, and immunotherapeutic agents.
