Zusammenfassung

Nach Sklerosierung von blutenden Ösophagusvaricen mit hohen Dosen Polidocanol wurden pulmonale Veränderungen im Sinne eines ARDS beobachtet (1). In unserem Krankengut (N = 98) sahen wir dieses Phänomen bei 4 Patienten.
