Zusammenfassung

Klinische und experimentelle Studien haben zu dem Resultat geführt, daß der Streß einer Operation zu einer beschleunigten Metastasierung führen kann (1, 2). Als Ursache dieser Tumorprogression wurde eine akute Depression des unspezifischen Immunsystems (NK-Zellen) diskutiert (3, 4).
