Zusammenfassung

Bei der Pankreastransplantation spielt das Schicksal des exokrinen Drüsenparenchyms eine wesentliche Rolle. Wir wollten im Tierexperiment überprüfen, ob verschiedene Methoden der Pankreasgangdrainage oder die Pankreasgangocclusion unterschiedliche Auswirkungen auf die Zuckerstoffwechselregulation haben und in wie weit es zu morphologischen Veränderungen im Inselzellapparat kommt.
