Zusammenfassung

Das frühzeitige Erkennen von Abstoßungsreaktionen sowie eventuell erforderliche chirurgische Maßnahmen bei Transplantatverlust stellen wichtige Gesichtspunkte bei der segmentalen Pankreas-transplantation dar. Darüberhinaus bereitet die Drainage der exokrinen Pankreassekrete nach wie vor erhebliche Probleme, die durch Pankreasgangverödung mittels Einspritzens schnell härtender Substanzen nur unbefriedigend gelöst sind (1).
