Zusammenfassung

Es wird gezeigt, daß ein Preissystem für Krankenhäuser, welches kostenminimierend wirken soll, sich an der Kostenverursachung zu orientieren hat. Kosten im Krankenhaus haben zwei Gründe: sie werden verursacht durch die Behandlung von Fällen und sie entstehen durch Dispositionsentscheidungen über die Vorhalteleistung. Für beide Leistungsformen, Behandlung und Vorhaltung, werden Verfahren zur Leistungsmessung entwickelt.

Summary

This paper shows that a hospital financing system, cutting costs, should be related to the principle of causation. There are two causations of costs in hospital. Costs are directly traceable to patient services and to readiness of operating. We developed linked measurements of hospital performances for both types, treatment and ready-to-serve.
