Das Cystosarcoma phylloides der weiblichen Brust — ein Problemtumor

Zusammenfassung

Unter den nichtkarzinomatösen Tumoren der weiblichen Brust nimmt das Cystosarcoma phylloides eine Sonderstellung ein. Dies beruht auf seiner nach wie vor unklaren Ätiologie, auf den Schwierigkeiten, den einzelnen Tumor hinsichtlich seiner klinischen Wertigkeit richtig einzuschätzen, und auf den Schwierigkeiten einer exakten Prognose im Einzelfall.

Ein Teil des Materials wurde von Herrn B. Blüher für die Inauguraldissertation: „Zur Klinik des Cystosarcoma phylloides der weiblichen brust unter besonderer Berücksichtigung prognostischer Kriterien“ zusammengetragen.
