Im Rahmen der Epidemiologie des Harnsteinleidens sind Fragen der Morbidität (Inzidenz, Prävalenz, Geschlechts- und Altersverteilung, Mortalität), des Einflusses erblicher und konstitutioneller Dispositionen sowie von disponierenden Umwelteinflüssen zu diskutieren.
