Zusammenfassung

Fast alle Krankheiten des Anorektums können durch eine körperliche Untersuchung diagnostiziert werden; darüber hinaus lassen sich mit der flexiblen Sigmoidoskopie in vielen Fällen auch Krankheitsherde der linken Kolonhälfte identifizieren. Die einzelnen Untersuchungsschritte sollten in folgender Reihenfolge vorgenommen werden:

  • Allgemeine Untersuchung

  • Inspektion und Palpation des Perineums

  • Anorektale Untersuchung

  • Rektal-digitale Untersuchung

  • Rektoskopie

  • Proktoskopie

  • Flexible Sigmoidoskopie.
