Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenz von Verletzungen des Urogenitalsystems bei Unfallverletzten beträgt nach verschiedenen Statistiken etwa 1–3% [19, 24]. Die Nieren sind bei den Urogenitalverletzungen zu 50%, Blase und Harnrohre sowie äußeres Genitale zu jeweils 25% beteiligt [19].
