Zusammenfassung

Die Gallenblase und die überwiegend retroperitoneal liegenden Organe Pankreas, Duodenum und Ductus hepatocholedochus sind bei Bauchtraumen im Vergleich zu den intraabdominell liegenden Organen, v. a. Milz und Leber, gut gesehützt. Zwölffingerdarmverletzungen sind daher selten. Läsionen von Gallenblase und extrahepatischen Gallenwegen gehoren zu den ausgesprochenen Raritäten.In 13 Jahren sahen wir nur 3 Fälle einer Duodenalverletzung und nicht einen Patienten mit Schäden am extrahepatischen Gallengangssystem (Tabelle 1).
