Abstract

155 acute anteromedial knee instabilities grade III were reevaluated between 1 and 10 years postoperatively. Acute knee instabilities were treated by suture of the medial collateral ligament, refixation ofthe anterior cruciate ligament, occasionally by primary anterior cruciate plasty and by suture or removal of the medial meniscus.
