Abstract

Arthroscopic resections of menisci are performed in increasing numbers. The advantages of this kind of operation with less morbidity are known. We have carried out an experimental study on iatrogenic cartilaginous lesions due to arthroscopic subtotal meniscectomy. The results were established by macroscopic and microscopic methods.
