Nonlinear Fluctuation-Dissipation Models of Charge Transfer. Nonequilibrium Electrical Noise and 1/f-Noise
1. Generalized fluctuation-dissipation relations (FDR) /1–4/ are the consequence of 1) invariance of laws of microdynamics with respect to time inversion and 2) conservation of microscopic phase volume. FDR associate functions of nonlinear response (to external dynamic or internal thermal perturbations) with correlation functions of different order in an arbitrary nonequilibrium adiabatically closed system. Using FDR implies that a system contains both the “dynamic subsystem” and “thermostat” or surroundings. Giving concrete expression to such division may be used only when passing from exact FDR to stochastic model.
