The outdoor laser applications include the use of laser devices for different scientific, industrial and professional purposes in the open air; a special case concerns various artistic displays on walls, buildings, clouds etc. While the indoor laser applications can be held under control relatively easily, the outdoor applications can cause an unexpected hazard to the personnel and/or to the public.
