Zusammenfassung
Zur lokalen Behandlung der Genitalkandidosen der Frau stehen eine Vielzahl von Antimykotika zur Verfügung. Alle sind gut bis sehr gut wirksam. Unterschiede bestehen in der erforderlichen Kontaktzeit, die eine ausreichende Pilzwirksamkeit gewährleistet, der galenischen Zubereitung sowie der Fähigkeit, Typ-IV-Sensibilisierungen hervorzurufen. Es sind nur wenige Antimykotika (eigentlich richtiger: Antimyzetica) zur systemischen Therapie der Genitalcandidose verfügbar.
Im folgenden soll in Form einer Bestandsaufnahme zunächst auf die Antimykotika für die lokale Behandlung eingegangen werden. Es folgt eine Darstellung von Wirkungsweise und Nebenwirkungen der Antimykotika für die systemische Therapie. Zuletzt sollen die Indikationen für eine lokale bzw. systemische Therapie behandelt werden.
