Abstract
Like other extranodal sites of lymphoma, urogenital lesions involve two types of problem related to the circumstances of clinical discovery. Diagnosis is the basic problem for apparently primary forms, whereas discovery of a urogenital lesion during the course of an already recognized or treated lymphoma is an unfavorable prognostic sign.
