Zusammenfassung
Septikamien, hervorgerufen durch gramnegative Bakterien bzw. Mischinfektionen, haben immer noch große Bedeutung. Daher ist die Möglichkeit einer zuverlässigen Endotoxinbestimmung, insbesondere für Frühdiagnose und Prognose, von großem Interesse.
