Zusammenfassung

Für eine enterale Sondenernährung gibt es verschiedene Applikationsmodalitäten. Sie variieren zwischen einer Bolusgabe in den Magen und einer Langzeitapplikation in das Jejunum. Die Wahl des jeweiligen Applikationsregimes orientierte sich bisher insbesondere an der Verträglichkeit, dem Fehlen oder Vorliegen von Erkrankungen des Oberbauches und eventuell vorhandenen gastrointestinalen Motilitätsstörungen.
