Zusammenfassung
Das Hochleistungstraining, das heute meist schon sehr früh begonnen wird, ist einer von zahlreichen Faktoren, die den normalen Menstruationszyklus beeinflussen können. So ist bekannt, daß bei Sportlerinnen die Menarche später einsetzt als bei Untrainierten und gehäuft Zyklusstörungen vorkommen (BRISSON et al. 1980; DALE et al. 1979; v. WERDER et al. 1975, 1977).
