Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall von metastasierendem malignem Melanom nach vorausgegangener Spontanregression des Primärtumors berichtet. An Hand von 33 Patienten aus unserem Krankengut mit malignem Melanom bei unbekanntem Primärtumor wird auf Altersverteilung, Behandlung, Prognose und Pathogenese eingegangen.
