Zusammenfassung

Die muskelrelaxierendeWirkung von Diazepam zeigt sich am deutlichsten beim spastischen Syndrom als Abnahme der gesteigerten Muskelreflexe und Minderung spontaner Muskelkontraktionen. Durch Diazepam läßt sich die überschießende tonische Aktivität der Skelettmuskulatur und die Reflexaktivität dämpfen (Eccles et al. 1963; Burke u. Ashby 1972; Nathan 1970; Verrier et al. 1977).
