Da Muskelrelaxantien verschiedene Angriffspunkte haben können, ist es sinnvoll, sich zum besseren Verständnis der Wirkungsmechanismen der Muskelrelaxation noch einmal die verschiedenen Aspekte der Regelung des Muskeltonus vor Augen zu führen.
