Zusammenfassung

Bis zum 45. Lebensjahr sind die häufigsten Ursachen für eine körperliche Aktivitätseinschränkung Lumbalgien und Lumboischialgien [6]. Insgesamt ist der Rückenschmerz außer den grippalen Infekten die häufigste Ursache der Arbeitsunfähigkeit. Nach dem 45. Lebensjahr wird der Rückenschmerz als manifeste Erkrankung in der Häufigkeit nur noch von kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen und der Arthritis übertroffen [8].
