Zusammenfassung
Die noch allgemein gebräuchliche und sicherlich effektive Methode der Volar-Verlagerung des N. ulnaris ist mit einigen Problemen behaftet. Bei dem zumeist empfohlenen submuskulären Vorgehen müssen die Flexoren abgetrennt, der Nerv über eine längere Strecke von seiner Gefäßversorgung befreit, der sensible Gelenkast geopfert und schließlich das Gelenk für mindestens 14 Tage im Gips ruhiggestellt werden. Postoperative Schmerzzustände und operative Fehler, die auf ungenügender distaler Mobilisierung des Nerven beruhen und mit einem Kinking des Nerven (Broudy et al. 1978) einhergehen, haben oft eine längere Morbidität und gelegentlich auch Sekundär-Eingriffe zur Folge.
