Zusammenfassung
In früheren Untersuchungen fanden wir bei Ratten im Vitamin A-Mangel eine erhöhte Kalziumausscheidung im Urin (Bichler et al. 1983 a, b). Verschiedene pathophysiologische Mechanismen müssen diskutiert werden: Unter anderem kann die verminderte Uromukoidsynthese und Schädigung im distal-tubulären Bereich bei A-Hypovitaminose Ursache sein (Bichler et al. 1983 a, b). Ferner muß eine Beeinträchtigung der 1,25(OH)2-D-Synthese in Betracht gezogen werden.
