Zusammenfassung

Die röntgenologische Untersuchung des oberen Gastrointestinaltrakts und des Dünndarms beinhaltet sehr unterschiedliche Untersuchungstechniken (z.B. Kinematographie, Bandspeicheraufzeichnungen zur Dokumentation von Bewegungsvorgängen, morphologische Feindiagnostik im Doppelkontrastverfahren mit Hypotonie), so daß zu deren gezielter Anwendung eine ausreichende Übermittlung klinischer Daten erforderlich ist. Damit ist eine kommentarlose Anforderung „Magen-Darm-Passage“unzureichend.
