Zusammenfassung

Der Einsatz bildgebender Verfahren bei Komplikationen im Rahmen der Hämophilie kann einerseits ausschließlich diagnostisch sein, andererseits die Bestätigung eines klinischen Verdachtes oder die Dokumentation pathologischer Veränderungen zum Ziel haben. Bei der Diagnose einer Blutung oder Blutungsfolge geht es neben dem Nachweis pathologischer Veränderungen um die Bestimmung der exakten Lokalisation und des Ausmaßes. Bei klinisch gesicherter Blutung bedeutet die Anwendung bildgebender Verfahren nur mehr die Festlegung der genauen Lokalisation und deren Ausdehnung.
