Zusammenfassung

Vor einem Jahr haben wir hier in Münster auf dem Symposium über die Roux-Schlinge erstmals die vorläufigen Ergebnisse unserer Umfrage zur Magenkarzinom-Chirurgie in Deutschland mitgeteilt [6]. Unterdessen liegen die endgültigen Zahlen vor, nachdem genau 50% der 418 von uns angeschriebenen Kliniken geantwortet haben. Ich möchte Ihnen einleitend einen zusammenfassenden Überblick über die derzeit in Deutschland gültige operative Strategie beim Magenkarzinom geben.
