Il n’existe pas dans le droit belge une principe général de responsabilité du fait des choses. Bien que l’article 1384, alinéa 1er du Code civil soit rédigé en Belgique de la même manière qu’en France, l’interprétation que lui donne la jurisprudence belge est sensiblement différente de celle que cette disposition a reçue en France.
